We transformed an old bails into a modern living space in the Byron Bay hinterlands — a project we couldn’t pass up despite being outside Sydney. Previously used as a second living space, the structure was run down, rotten, and in desperate need of attention.
We stripped it back to its bones, assessed the damage, and carried out repairs before insulating and finishing with a fresh Hamptons-inspired interior. Lining boards throughout and barn doors over the openings brought character and charm, while giving the clients a functional second living area to welcome visitors in comfort.
