This Edgecliff terrace project was as rewarding as it was challenging. Once we opened up the dwelling, it became clear that creative solutions would be needed to honour the architect’s vision while respecting the integrity of the original structure. Working hand in hand with the engineer and architect, we carefully navigated these challenges to deliver a seamless result. The transformation involved a complete reconfiguration of the interiors and the addition of a first-floor extension, creating an extra room and much-needed space for modern living. Collaborating closely with an interior designer, we developed ideas that not only elevated the design but also maximised the functionality of the terrace’s compact footprint. The result is a beautifully reimagined home that blends old and new with precision, delivering both elegance and practicality in every detail.
