We’ll guide you through your contract, pricing, and inclusions so everything is crystal clear before we start. Choose Fixed-Price or Cost-Plus, with a simple breakdown of scope, costs, and what’s included (and not).
Outcome: Cost clarity in your preferred contract model, with options to refine.

Sign the contract and lock in the construction start window. We run a pre-start meeting to finalise site logistics and schedule.
